Natch⋅i⋅to⋅ches: Nackadish Fact: Natchitoches is the oldest permanent settlement within the Louisiana Purchase. Fact: The Natchitoches National Fish Hatchery handles over 6 species of fish and other wildlife. Fact: The Natchitoches Meat Pie is one of the official state foods of Louisiana. Fact: Chris says I probably won’t be able to find a hat that has “Kajun Kountry” written on it, but I’m sure gonna try.
